Spinal Medicolegal Services Limited is a Limited company registered in England and Wales under registration number 0432520 and Mr Williamson is registered with the General Medical Council (number 02640620) with a licence to practice..  Both Spinal Medicolegal Services Limited and Mr Williamson are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office as processing personal data under registration numbers xxx and yyy respectively.
